Who is Kitty Jane?
Kitty Jane is the cat from apartment 67, next door to Puppy Jay’s 68. In Episode 5 the Pawperty Brothers mix the two apartments up: Puppy Jay gets her rose-pink cat room, “Modern Zen Meowtropolis,” and she gets his makeover — fire hydrant wallpaper, a bone-shaped beanbag and a massive photo of Puppy Jay over a steel water bowl. In the Season One finale she steps out of the elevator at exactly the right moment. Seconds earlier, live on air, Count Barkula has revealed the one thing vampires fear: cat fur. Puppy Jay greets her with “You smell like… salvation,” and when he reaches the castle in Transylvania, her fur is what stops the count mid-bite.
