Who is Mr. Grimtail?
Mr. Grimtail answers the phone at Bone Voyage Funeral Services. He is the “specialist who can possibly resolve the situation” that the AI doctor PAW-GPT connects Puppy Jay to when Mommy has a simple cold. Smooth, spooky and unfailingly pleasant, he offers to assist the loved one “on their final journey” and takes the wrong number in stride: his firm will be there “when the time comes.” That call is where Puppy Jay’s faith in robot medicine ends.
