Who is Barktender?
The Barktender runs the bar where Puppy Jay once partied so hard that the whole town was talking about it on Pawgram. Furious at first, he forgives the little host the moment he hears a sincere sorry — he can never stay angry for long. He treats every guest as a regular, tells jokes whose punchlines rarely land, and now and then drops a hard truth that sends Puppy Jay straight back to therapy.
