Who is Count Barkula?
Count Barkula is, in Puppy Jay’s words, a legend, a mystery and a noble creature of the night — the great lord of all vampires. When he offers the host an exclusive interview, the show sets out to find 100 new sponsors to send Vicky Licky to Transylvania for a Halloween special. From his castle, and occasionally his coffin, he cheers the drive on in a mysterious accent, with a fondness for “bite” puns and zero patience for remote interviews. In the Season One finale the interview finally happens, live from his castle — and it does not go the way anyone planned.
Also mentioned in episodes 7, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 19, 20.

In their own words
Curiosity… it bites!
Puppy Jay… it’s daytime. I’m literally in a coffin.
I assure you, Puppy Jay… you do not want to find out…
Five centuries I have waited for this day.
